Which editions are they from? The American, or other? All I know is that they aren't the British ones. :)

They're from the American 2002 revised trade paperback edition. I think the artist is Ericka Meltzer. :)

When you're typing up your entry, under it on the lower right you'll see where it says "userpic", and then choose your picture from the drop-down list. :)
