I hope these count as book icons, as Nos. 8 through 16 are from Abraham Ortelius' atlas, Theatrum Orbis Terrarum. 1570 (Library of Congress)

Nos. 1 through 6 are from John Speed. A new and accurat map of the world drawn according to ye truest descriptions latest discoveries & best observations yt have been made by English or strangers. 1626.

No. 7 is from an anonymous map of the Iberian Peninsula c.1550-1560.
