I was reading Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle stories to my other half's kid sister the other day and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed these books! I couldn't seem to find any illustrations online so I went ahead and used my digital camera to take a few pics from my favorite stories. I remember loving that there was an answer or resolution to every problem. Don't you wish you could solve problems in real-life with a piggle-wiggle cure/magic powder? Sigh.

Anyway, enjoy! Give a shout out if you loved this series too! :)

Hello! Just wanted to let you all know that there are 56 art icons available over at my icon journal,

dewey_decimator. They include some book illustrations - 9 by Maxfield Parrish from various works, 3 by Aubrey Beardsley from Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur, and a few Pre-Raphaelite works based on the Bible, Shakespeare, Arthurian legend, and poetry.
