But the icons are nice, and I am certainly not complaining about the presence of some non-bookish things. I like number sixteen especially..

Date: 2005-01-03 09:23 am (UTC)I haven't seen the musical, merely listened to the soundtrack but I've fallen in love. Yes, it goes in a far different direction than the book but I think I liked it better because it focuses very heavily on friendship and love, and less on the dark and dreary political upheaval that marks the book. Yes it's so very different than the book, but whomever I talk to seems to like them both equally or the musical even more. Perhaps it’s just my personality that does it for me, I’m a very friendship based person, but I truly love the musical and you should listen to some of the songs. “Defying Gravity” was on the Broadway DVD that had the …20 or 100 or something like that, best songs ever, along with the fact that it’s on the top 100 list for the iTunes 2004. Truly, you should listen to some of the songs. If you want, I can send you some if you give me your email I’ll send some or contact me through MSN by wheres_my_life@hotmail.com.
