Try hosting on Photobucket... the quality's lousy for big stuff, but for things as small as icons it doesn't make any difference. I'm hosting-challenged too, and it works fine for me :)

I like the water-color effect you used on the emperor mage one, except you need to make the writing stand out better=)..it's a bit hard to read
