Quick (or not so quick), a mother's day present for my sister

We always had Martine books hanging around our house. If I could get an icon of the Mother's Day book (not that I speak French, but what else could that mean?) which shows the title and the picture, I'd love you forever. Amabo te.

One from this one would be good as well, as it's one of the ones that we actually had, unlike the one above.
