General info that will be put on every post: A while back I posted this request post, I asked you all to name your favorite childhood books, characters, or series so I would have some inspiration.

I am posting the icons as I fill requests, either one very large request, two rather large ones, or several small requests. The number of icons made for each request depends solely on how many images I can find from those books. If there are any images from a certain request you would like, all I ask is for a link to the image and I'll be more than happy to make up an icon for you.

If you do decide to take any of the icons, comments are required, preferably with what you took (and from which request, sometimes filenames are the same from book to book). Credit would be very, very nice, simply considering the time that went into making these, but since most of them are just cropped and have a border added I'm not going to go crazy if you don't credit.

If you want anything done to a certain icon, textless or not, you can put in a request and I'll get it done as soon as possible, and feel free to edit the textless bases if you want, like I said, it's just a crop and a border so I'm not picky.

Sorry to keep you waiting, I'm having a bit of a run in with a virus of sorts. I'd been bedridden for a couple days, fun weekend, no? But I've got a good number of icons, though, if I'm not mistake most, if not all, are bases, I've got 23 icons featuring the art of Jan Brett, 7 icons featuring Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, and 17 icons featuring Ramona Quimby. Not quite as many as the first, but once I get up and out to the library the filled requests will be a lot more... Full. Enjoy!

I loved the Ramona Quimby stories--I read the one where her dad is unemployed over and over and over again.

If you're taking more requests anytime soon...Frong and Toad? I particularly love the illustrations from the "Cookies" story--I believe it is in "Frog and Toad Are Friends."

I took two of Jan Brett: the hedgehog and the mitten and the polar bear. I'm doing a paper on Russian folklore and just found out that The Mitten is a Russian tale!
