It was made by my lovely writing parter, sairalinde. She took all of my very favorite things in life and made it, and I adore it. :) I'd love to see how yours turns out if you make one :)

I don't think it's accurate or respectful to say: "Heterosexuality is not normal. It's just common." In fact, it is no more fair than if you'd said: "Homosexuality is not normal, it is uncommon." -- that would be as offensive as the heterosexuality implication.

As I see it, there is really no need to slight anyone, regardless of preference, with petty innuendos. Whether that was your intent or not, the way your icon is worded is still confrontational and offensive because it is rude to a group of people.

Thanks you very much. Seems a lot of people like that one including many of my het friends. Only got one complaint (see a couple of comments up) but since it was anonymous, I didn't bother to respond.
