this isn't actually about the icons posted, but your cthulhu icon is the coolest thing ever. like really. i have big fuzzy slippers of cthulhu. they're totally awesome.
Erm ... you could say that about almost any book icon (for e.g. I have no idea who anyone in your icon is). Thing is, I wrote in the post that they were mostly "Going Postal" icons, so I wouldn't expect someone who hasn't read the book to even click the LJ cut. And if you mean you wouldn't use them because no one else would understand them, I generally find that Discworld fans hang around in packs. If one person reads it, often three or four of their friends do, if not more.
