book_iconsRandom means something like: I have no idea what category to put this in, generally, and I don't think there's another one about that author/series/book. I strongly suggest that people who've posted less common icons stroll through random and tell me where to put their posts, if the posts are there.
Children's encompasses EVERY book I've EVER seen in the children's section. This includes picture books, young adult, teen, all of them.
Classic includes the books I define as classic. I agree that this is eclectic. If you think a set of icons doesn't belong in the "classic" section, tell me.
Quotes-with-pictures means "icons that are mostly quotes which also have some sort of image attatched". It is very likely that many icons that fit that category aren't in there. I'll rectify the situation later.
Quotes Only refers to things like the icon I'm using for this post. No image, just text.
Movies means that the images come from a movie or TV show based on the book. That should be pretty obvious.
EVERY post with a request goes in "requests". If there are no icons on the post itself, that's the only category it goes in, regardless of the subject of the request. I'm too lazy to sort them out further.
That's about it. I've only just started, have only gone as far back as the beginning of May, so be patient.
OH! And, because there's a limit of 5 categories per interest, some posts, especially those with a wide variety of icons, will NOT be put in every interest they can be put in. That's just the sad reality of life. When that happens, more precise interests (the author) come before less precise interests (what sort of book it is).
