question/request (science fiction icons)

Hello! I wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of, or if I could request, icons for the science fiction genre in general. Most of the SF icons I've found have TV/film graphics, and I would love to see some icons with images of books instead. I'm not looking for anything in particular; I'd just love some icons that support the literary genre.

Edit: Just to clarify, I'm hoping for general "Read more science fiction"/"Science fiction is love" sorts of genre-related icons, rather than author-specific or book-specific ones. Thanks!

You're welcome! They're probably going to wind up as a mixture of Lois McMaster Bujold, Diane Duane, David Eddings and Terry Pratchett, if that helps you any. ;) I'm working on the fanlisting for the first, so I'm making fan content for it. ^_^

Yay for Lois McMaster Bujold! Just to clarify, I'm looking specifically for blanket "science fiction" icons, rather than author-specific ones, but hey, I always have Vorkosigan love. :)

That's so kind of you! Thanks. I've seen some slogans I thought were clever - "Read science fiction. Freak the mundanes." was one, and "Reality is for people who can't handle science fiction." is another - but I don't know if those would work on icons. I know my favorite quote by Ray Bradbury about science fiction - "Science fiction is the most important literature in the history of the world, because it's the history of ideas, the history of our civilization birthing itself." - is too long for an icon!

Really, anything along the line of "read more science fiction" or "science fiction feeds the mind" or "I read science fiction" would be fantastic. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness.
