Wow, I love what you've done with them. All those childhood books of yours were also my favorites - and I adored the Little House series. That said, I took... "Poky", "enchanted", and "make way for ducklings". I'll credit you when I use them - thanks for sharing your beautiful work!

I am in love with these!

I am adopting the 1st & 2nd Thursday Next, the textless Giving Tree, & the textless Firebird. I adore the Shy Little Kitten and Poky Little Puppy ones, but I'm now dreaming about a Saggy Baggy Elephant and Scrawny Tawny Lion. :)

Thank you! I will certainly credit you.

These are spectacular. All of them. You do very, very nice work. I took the third Fforde one, both Giving Tree ones, The Big Woods, Love Slave, "no one knew so well" Madeline one, and the Fire Bird one. With great pain and agony I have made room for two icons; I haven't decided which of these I'll used, but I will certainly credit. I'm also going to pimp in my Journal, because these are amazing. Thanks for sharing!

Nice job!!! And thank you, many thank yous. I was tickled to see the Thursday Next icons...LOVE that series, though I'm not taking any of those icons. Surprisingly I took just one, the no-text pumpkin coach one. I sincerely hop you find yourself going this kind of crazy again, and you have still more various icons to spit out. YAY!

Ah, Laura Ingalls Wilder. I loved those books. Well, more specifically, I loved the first two (or three?) books before Farmer Boy. I was determined to read them all in chronological order, but I didn't want to read Farmer Boy. So I never got around to reading them all. *Woe*

... I think I'll be taking an Alexander one when I'm having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day, as well as one of the firebird fairytale icons. If you don't mind me asking, is the icon with the caption, "The sea calls" from the Little Mermaid or a different fairytale? Just curious.

I took the Terrible Horrible one, and the textless Fairest, and I am sorely tempted by many others.

BTW, the artist for the Snow White ones in your second grouping is Trina Schartt Hyman. I'd recognize her style anywhere!
