Love eleven, though I don't think I'm taking it. The shots you used were beautiful, but the pictures were bare. Are you in PS? If so, I'd recommend brushwork and gradient fills, but if you're not (like me) I'd recommend doing transparent overlays (which give the same effect, basically). Also, a simple black border around the edge does wonders for icons in general, though that could be me.

Though I don't ever use the icons I make, I use other people's, so...

They're lovely! If I had icon space, believe me, I'd be gacking, but I don't.

A bit of CC -- Make your text anti-aliased, unless you're using a pixel font. It makes the edges round, less pixellated, stuff like that.
