I've been playing with my folder of book cover scans. There are twenty I thought might make suitable icons. I'm not skilled enough for doing clever things with brushes or even text, so these are plain. If you want to add text to any you can, but I'd love to see what you do with them.

#13 is wonderful. I love the books of "The People" and the related other story collections. This icon reminds me of "Holding Wonder." I loaned a friend of mine the books and now she's holding them for ransom - copies of her own!
