For the record, I am American, and I go to school in Long Island. I personally happen to find the first one extremely amusing.

You know what I'd like? An "Ineffable" icon^_^

That word comes up a LOT in Good Omens. *flips book* There's one mention of it again in Crowley and Aziraphale's last scene in the novel. It's on page 358, the edition printed by Ace.

What I mean was there are many lines in the novel using the word "ineffable" that it's become some kind of joke. It was just a suggestion. You don't really have to make the icon^_^
