As you guys probably already know, we lost two great fantasy authors this month: Madeleine L'Engle last week, and Robert Jordan last night. I . . . really don't know how to express how L'Engle affected my life, or how hard it is to know that Jordan died with his life's work incomplete.
So here are some icons, from a variety of poets, not to mention L'Engle and Jordan's works.

Henry Vaughn, "The World"
1.
2.
Dylan Thomas, "And Death Shall Have No Dominion"
1.
2.
Edna St. Vincent Millay, "Dirge Without Music"
1.
2.
3.
4.
Madeleine L'Engle
1.
2.
Icons of Patrick's Rune can be found here, too.
Robert Jordan
1.
2.
Mary Oliver, "When Death Comes"
1.
2.
There may be more to come; if you've got a particular piece of poetry or a line that you'd like to see iconned, feel free to suggest it and I'll see what I can do.
Oh! Usual rules apply: Comments and credit are nice.
